Bespoke Business Development does not offer evaluations of idea submissions for commercial potential; therefore, the total number evaluated in the past five years is zero, the number of positive evaluations is zero and the number of negative evaluations is zero. The total number of customers who have contracted with Bespoke Business Development in the past five years is zero. The number of customers who received a net financial profit as a direct result of the company’s services over the company’s history, since November 2020, is zero. Since November 2020, the total number of customers known by Bespoke Business Development to have received license agreements for their product ideas as a direct result of Bespoke Business Development’s services is zero.
 
It is Bespoke Business Development’s normal practice to seek more than one contract in connection with a submitted idea. Those contracts are:
 

Pre-Development and/or Representation- Bespoke Business Development will: provide a Start Up Launch Agreement which includes;  (a) Fundamental Research, (b) Market Research, (c) Basic TM Search, (d) Logo, (e) Logo Animation, (f) 3D Graphic Designs, (g) Patent Search, (h) Licensing Information, (i) Article Writing, (j) Product/Business  Marketing (Sell Sheet), (k) Product/Company Name Creation, and (l) Landing Page. Bespoke Business Development charges a fee of $695 – $995 for these services, depending on the complexity of the project, type and anticipated design work and materials to be used in designing.

Types of Second Phase Agreements- Depending upon the degree of client preparation, the difficulty of the concept, and whether the client wants to pursue a business or a patent, Bespoke Business Development typically offers either: (1) New Business Launch Agreement which includes; (a) 3D Graphic Videos, (b) TM Advanced Search, (c) TM Filing, (d) Social Media Installations, (e) Consulting Resources, (f) Strategy & Campaign Planning, (g) Writing & Content Creation, (h) Startup Brand Building, (i) Brand Evaluation, (j) Brand Positioning, (k) Program / Event Evaluation, (l) New Project / Service Research, (m) Development Services, (n) Product / Service Evaluation Studies, (o) Pricing Research, (p) Web Design, (q) Website Development, (r) Website Support, and (s) Customer Experience. Bespoke Business Development charges a fee of $1,695 – $2,995 for these services, depending on the complexity of the project, type and anticipated design work and materials to be used in designing.

And (2) New Patent Launch Agreement which includes; (a) Patent Line Drawings, (b) Design/Utility Patent Draft, (c) Patent Consulting, (d) Patent Resources, (e) Project Management, (f) Patent Protection Information, (g) Certified Documents Ordering, (h) Transferring Ownership, (i) Correcting Patents, (j) Office Action Responding, (k) Patent Filing, (l) Patent Marketing, and (m) Manufacturing Information. Bespoke Business Development charges a fee of $2,695 – $12,995 for these services, depending on the complexity of the project, type and anticipated design work and materials to be used in designing and constructing the invention.

Types of Third Phase Agreements- Depending upon the degree of client preparation, the difficulty of the concept, and whether the client wants to pursue a business or a patent, Bespoke Business Development typically offers either (1) Business Management Launch Agreement which includes; (a) Operations, (b) Business Consulting, (c) Business Resources, (d) Growth, (e) Pricing, (f) Strategy, (g) Corporate Development, (h) Sustainability, (i) Globalization, (j) Diversity and Inclusion, (k) Marketing and Sales Consulting, (l) Full-Service Social Media Management, (m) PR Consulting, (n) Crisis Communication, and (o) Big Data/Advanced Analytics. Bespoke Business Development charges a fee of $4,695 – $14,995 for these services, depending on the complexity of the project, type and anticipated design work and materials to be used in designing.

And (2) Licensing Outreach Launch Agreement which includes; (a) Tradeshows, (b) Patent Licensing Efforts, (c) Trademark/Brand Licensing Efforts, (d) Database Agreement Efforts, (e) Licensing Information, (f) Licensing Resources, (g) Licensing Consulting, and (h) Software Licensing Efforts. Bespoke Business Development charges a fee of $1,950 – $2,950 plus a ten percent commission for these services, depending
on the complexity of the project, type and anticipated design work and
materials to be used in licensing efforts.
 
For customers with a Start Up Launch Agreement we will present the product idea to another potential licensee. Clients who have quantities of professionally manufactured products may be offered this service, which includes targeting potential corporations, presenting the product to potential licensees or distributors, as requested, and attempting to negotiate agreements for the license or distribution of the manufactured product. We will create an additional set of graphics and, if necessary, refurbish/repair the product sample, working model and packaging. Bespoke Business Development also offers e-commerce assistance to clients seeking to sell their existing stock online. The fee is typically $1,950 plus a ten percent commission on all money received by the client on the sale or license of the product.
 

For customers without a Start Up Launch Agreement we will present the product idea to another potential licensee.
