Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority projects from inception through completion. This role involves strategic planning, cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations and company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and coordinate teams to deliver results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are on track, within budget, and meet company standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and key milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on project status, handling adjustments and escalations as needed.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources effectively and ensure each project team has the necessary support.
Performance Tracking: Utilize project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project) to monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a strong plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
