Position Summary
We are seeking an empathetic and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and retention through personalized support and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience in client success, account management, or consulting, with a keen ability to understand client needs and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly.
Onboarding and Integration: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and introduction to our services.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess client metrics and KPIs to track progress and suggest improvements aligned with business objectives.
Strategy Development: Work with clients to identify goals, develop success plans, and implement strategies that maximize ROI and client satisfaction.
Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand service offerings to existing clients, presenting tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather client feedback to assess satisfaction levels and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to discuss performance, insights, and future strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in client success, account management, or customer relations, preferably in B2B or consulting environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and client success tools.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
