Step 1: Get Started Form Submitted

Our onboarding begins the moment you express interest in working with us by submitting the Get Started Form. This form captures essential information about your business goals, challenges, and initial project scope. This initial submission allows us to gain preliminary insight into your objectives, enabling us to better tailor the onboarding process to your specific needs. Upon receiving your form, our team will review your information to prepare for the next steps.


Step 2: Welcome Email Sent to Client

Once we’ve received your form, you will receive a Welcome Email from us. This email is designed to introduce you to our onboarding process, provide an overview of what to expect, and outline key steps and timelines. It includes important resources, contact information for your onboarding specialist, and an outline of the upcoming stages. This email marks the official start of our engagement, setting the stage for a productive partnership.


Step 3: Client Onboarding Form to Be Completed by Client

To move forward, we kindly request that you complete our Client Onboarding Form. This in-depth questionnaire captures detailed information about your business, target audience, goals, current challenges, and other relevant details. By gathering this comprehensive data early on, we can ensure a customized approach that aligns precisely with your needs and objectives. We encourage clients to fill out the form thoroughly, as it plays a crucial role in shaping our strategy and next steps.


Step 4: Onboarding Form Completion Confirmation Email Sent

Once you’ve submitted the Client Onboarding Form, our team will send an Onboarding Form Completion Confirmation Email. This email acknowledges receipt of your completed form and provides additional information regarding the next steps in the process. If we require any further clarification on the information provided, we will reach out to ensure all necessary details are captured.


Step 5: Onboarding Meeting Scheduled by Client

The next step involves scheduling your Onboarding Meeting. In this meeting, we’ll discuss your responses from the onboarding form in more depth, address any preliminary questions, and further clarify your objectives and expectations. You can select a convenient time for this meeting using the scheduling link provided in our welcome email. This session is an opportunity to establish a collaborative foundation and ensure alignment on our goals.


Step 6: Onboarding Meeting Completed

During the Onboarding Meeting, we dive deeper into your business needs, project scope, and specific objectives. This meeting allows us to clarify any remaining questions, define deliverables, and set preliminary timelines. By the end of this meeting, both parties will have a clear understanding of the project’s direction, objectives, and desired outcomes. We’ll also provide a high-level overview of what the proposal and service agreement will include.


Step 7: Proposal and Agreement Sent

Following the onboarding meeting, you will receive a Proposal and Service Agreement Email. This email contains a detailed proposal outlining the project’s scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost structure, along with our service agreement. We encourage clients to review these documents carefully and prepare any questions for the proposal review meeting. This documentation ensures that both parties are fully aligned on expectations and responsibilities.


Step 8: Proposal Review Meeting Scheduled by Client

After reviewing the proposal and service agreement, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a Proposal Review Meeting. This meeting allows us to walk through the proposal together, discuss any adjustments, answer questions, and ensure clarity on each aspect of the project. This session is designed to finalize all details before moving forward, ensuring you feel fully informed and confident in our partnership.


Step 9: Proposal Review Meeting Completed

During the Proposal Review Meeting, we will address any remaining questions or concerns about the proposal and agreement. Once all elements are reviewed and agreed upon, we’ll outline the next steps for signing the agreement and initiating the project. By the end of this meeting, all details should be finalized, and we’ll be ready to transition to the activation phase.


Step 10: Client Payment Received

Following the finalization of the agreement, we kindly request the initial payment to initiate services. The specifics of the payment amount, due dates, and methods will have been discussed and documented in the proposal. Client Payment Received confirmation signifies the official start of our collaboration and enables us to allocate resources and prepare for project execution.


Step 11: Payment Confirmation Email Sent

Once payment has been received, you will receive a Payment Confirmation Email. This email serves as a formal receipt of payment, confirming that we have successfully processed the transaction. Additionally, this email will outline the next steps, including access to our client portal and the commencement of the project.


Step 12: Client Access Granted to Client Portal

As a valued client, you will be granted access to our Client Portal, a secure and user-friendly platform that allows you to track project progress, access important documents, and communicate with our team. This portal centralizes all project-related information, ensuring transparency and facilitating efficient collaboration.


Step 13: Client Portal Access Link Sent for Account Creation

You will receive an email with a Client Portal Access Link, inviting you to create your account. This link allows you to set up your unique credentials and log in to the portal. Once your account is set up, you’ll have direct access to project updates, files, and resources, as well as a centralized location for ongoing communication.


Step 14: Project Officially Started

With all preliminary steps completed, the Project Officially Starts. Our team begins working on the first phase, adhering to the agreed-upon scope, timelines, and deliverables. At this stage, we’re fully committed to executing your project and achieving the goals we’ve outlined together.


Step 15: Client Weekly Updates

Throughout the duration of the project, you will receive Weekly Updates to keep you informed of our progress. These updates include highlights of completed tasks, upcoming milestones, and any relevant insights or adjustments. Our goal is to maintain transparency and provide regular touchpoints to keep you informed and engaged in the project.


Ongoing Support and Communication

Our commitment to your success doesn’t end with weekly updates. We are available for additional check-ins, milestone meetings, and ongoing support as needed. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we encourage open communication at every stage of our partnership.

Post-Project Transition and Review

Once the project is completed, we conduct a Post-Project Review to evaluate outcomes, gather feedback, and identify any additional support you may need. This review ensures that all deliverables have been met and that you are fully satisfied with our services. We also discuss options for ongoing support or future projects if desired.
