This agreement keeps your information safe between you and Bespoke Business Development.

I understand that the information I submit cannot be used, disclosed or sold without my express written permission. I also understand that all Bespoke Business Development employees are required to sign an ethics and confidentiality agreement for my protection. I believe that I am the original owner, creator, or inventor of the information described herein. I authorize Bespoke Business Development to review my information and contact me in 1 to 5 business days to give me a no-cost consultation about my idea. I acknowledge that Bespoke Business Development may monitors and records telephone calls for quality assurance. I understand that Bespoke Business Development does not promise any financial gain from development of any new product idea, business or patent..

By submitting information, I expressly consent to being contacted about Bespoke Business Development’s services by phone call, auto-dialed phone call including prerecorded voice messages, text messages or email at any number or email address I provide. I understand that my consent is not a requirement for purchase of services.

When you submit your information, it will be encrypted and safely sent to our company. For your additional protection, all of our employees have signed an Ethics and Confidentiality Agreement to work at Bespoke Business Development.

Upon your information’s arrival, we may immediately email you a receipt confirming that your information is safely in our office. The information will then go through a review process and we will contact you within 1 to 5 business days for a no-cost consultation.

The information you provide will be kept 100% secure and confidential according to this agreement.

I hereby authorize Bespoke Business Development to provide me with their free initial product review with no purchase required. I understand that submitting my concept is not a release and that this information cannot be used, disclosed, or sold without my expressed written permission. Further, I understand Bespoke Business Development cannot be held responsible for the return of voluntarily submitted materials (i.e. photos, drawings, information, prototypes) including this confidential product outline.
